One Factory, Every Process
Design, production, finishing and quality control all happen in our own Belgrade facility. Nothing is sub-contracted — which keeps tolerances tight, lead times short and accountability with one team from your first drawing to the finished sign.
UV Flatbed Printing
High-resolution flatbed printing that cures ink directly onto the substrate with UV light, for sharp, full-colour graphics that hold up outdoors. We print directly onto both rigid and flexible materials, so the artwork becomes part of the panel rather than a film stuck on top.
Typical applications: shop and façade signage, directional and wayfinding panels, point-of-sale displays, branded interior décor.
Materials: acrylic, PVC foam board, aluminium composite, forex and other rigid sheet, printed with EPSON UV ink.
CO₂ Laser Cutting
Precise contour cutting and engraving driven straight from your vector files. The laser produces clean, flame-polished edges on acrylic and intricate detail that mechanical tools struggle to match — ideal where the cut edge itself is part of the finished look.
Typical applications: dimensional lettering, logo cut-outs, layered and stacked signage, decorative panels and inlays.
Materials: cast and extruded acrylic, wood and MDF, and other composite sheet.
CNC Routing
Computer-controlled routing for large-format panels and three-dimensional sign components. Where the laser excels at fine detail, the CNC handles scale, depth and thicker stock — shaping built-up letters and structural parts to a repeatable standard across a whole run.
Typical applications: built-up and flat-cut letters, dimensional logos, façade and totem components, machined fixings and backers.
Materials: aluminium composite, acrylic, PVC foam, wood and aluminium profile.
LED Channel Letters
Illuminated channel letters fabricated and wired in-house, from the returns and faces to the LED modules and power supply. Even illumination and quality components are what keep a lit sign looking sharp at night and reliable over years of outdoor service.
Typical applications: storefront and façade branding, building and rooftop identity, front-lit and halo-lit (back-lit) letter sets.
Materials: aluminium returns and acrylic faces, illuminated with OSRAM LED modules and MeanWell power supplies.
Light Boxes
Back-lit light boxes built around an even LED light source and a printed or tensioned face. We make both classic rigid-face boxes and fabric (SEG) systems where a printed textile is tensioned into a slim frame for a clean, frameless finish.
Typical applications: retail and mall signage, menu and poster displays, double-sided projecting and blade signs, large-format backlit façades.
Materials: aluminium frames, acrylic or backlit-film faces and tensioned SEG fabric, lit with OSRAM LED and MeanWell power.
